Each user must register with ResellerConnection.com in order to post a review. Once registered, a user can submit as many reviews as he likes.

Upon submission, a review is forwarded to the staff of ResellerConnection.com, who will verify its acceptibility under the criteria listed below. If the review is approved, the reviewer will receive an email notifying him of the approval and directing him to visit a review finalization page at an address included in the email. When the page is visited, the review is posted automatically. If the reviewer's email address is not valid or is never checked, the process will go uncompleted, and the review will not be posted. This helps ensure that reviewers use their actual email address.

Reviews that do not conform to the following criteria will not be approved:

• A review must contain true and accurate information.
• The review must not be posted anonymously. All reviewers must identify themselves by name and valid email address.
• The review must recite that the reviewer is, or was, a customer of the reviewed company.
• Reviews must be reinforced with information derived from the reviewer's experience. Reviews that read only "ABC Company is the Best!" or "ABC Company is Terrible!", for example, are not acceptable. There must be a detailed explanation of the experience that led to the opinion. Each review should be as informative as possible; both praise and criticism must be justified with an explanation. The more information you provide, the more likely you are to pass our screen for falsified or misleading reviews. This determination will made in the sole discretion of ResellerConnection.com staff.
• The review must not include offensive or inflammatory language, which will be determined in the sole discretion of the ResellerConnection.com staff.
• If your company is mentioned in a review, you have the right to respond to the review by stating facts that you think more accurately characterize the relationship your company has had with the reviewer or the circumstances that gave rise to the comment.

Reseller Plan Search Results

The first search results displayed are those of paying companies.* (Any hosting company can ensure that its reseller plan is displayed on the first page of search results by paying a monthly fee.) After the paid listings, search results are ordered by the date on which the listing was added or last updated, from most to least recent. When a company adds its reseller plan to the database, for example, its listing will appear first after the paid listings. Updating a listing that is already in the database has the same effect. Thus, it is in hosting companies' best interest to update their listing as often as possible for two reasons: to ensure the listing's accuracy and to give the listing higher search result placement.

* Note: only company listings that match a user's search criteria are displayed as search results; a paying company's listing will not be displayed if it does not meet the search criteria.

We intend for ResellerForums.com to be a courteous, civil, helpful, and productive site. Outlined below are the ResellerForums.com policies. Any post that violates these policies is subject to removal. A poster who repeatedly violates the policies will be permanently banned from ResellerForums.com.

• Please do not include in the body of your posting or in your signature a referral, affiliation, or any other kind of link that benefits you when clicked.
• Signatures must comply with the industry standard maximum length of 4 lines.
• Copyrighted material not owned by the poster may not be posted.

This forum gives users and companies an opportunity to seek one another out. Anyone looking for a particular reseller or related service is encouraged to post a request for that service, and hosting companies are encouraged to reply with an offer. Responses must adhere to the following guidelines:

• You may respond to a request with an offer, but only once: only one offer is allowed per company per thread.
• Only those offers which directly address the original poster's request are allowed.
• Offerings or information may not criticize the offerings of other respondents, and may not refer to any other post in the thread aside from the original inquiry.

The Advertisements Forum

You may start a thread announcing or describing an offering of your company, but only one such advertisement post is allowed per week.

Discussion of Companies' Services

Undoubtedly, one of the most popular topics in the forums is the level and quality of service of particular companies. While we wholeheartedly encourage such discourse, we intend it to be productive, honest, and fair to the companies discussed. Therefore, posts that either commend or criticize a particular company must abide by the same guidelines as ResellerConnection.com reviews. Click here for that information.
