ValueWeb: I don't believe the only reason that ValueWeb has been successful in the web hosting industry is because of our VIP Reseller Program. It is more of a combination of specifically targeting our marketing messages to fit the consumer need. Without giving away any secrets, the reason why The VIP Reseller Program has a very high growth rate is because we have identified and targeted a special type of customer that is more likely to become a reseller over others. So far it has been very successful.

ValueWeb: It definitely boils down to "automation". From signing up for the program to adding customers, we have automated everything. ValueWeb: Sure, the program is divided into four levels. Each level has its own discounts for each product. Our more advanced products have greater discounts in each level. The chart from our website is below:

As the number of accounts that you have increases, your level is adjusted accordingly. It is necessary to have at least 2 accounts to be a member of the program but aside from that, there are no other requirements.
A typical example on how to understand the chart would be:
Customer A signs up for the reseller in month 1.
Customer A defaults into Level 1.
Customer A then begins to add additional accounts. Let's say customer A adds an additional 25 accounts.
When month 2 arrives, our system adjusts Customer A into Level 2. Now instead of receiving the discounts that are associated with Level 1, the customer automatically begins to receive the discounts associated in Level 2.
