ResellerConnection.com:You recently released a merchant account offering that promises very high approval rates. What led LFC to begin offering this new service? How has the response been?
Robert Sauchyn: We are pleased to say that the response to our new MultiPay service has far exceeded our conservative estimates. We developed this service in response to a large number of merchant accounts requests from clients outside of the United States as well as the large number of applications from the US that we were being forced to turn down. By taking applications to overseas banks, we are able to quickly obtain a merchant account for virtually any business anywhere in the world.
ResellerConnection.com:The new merchant account offering targets clients based outside the US and Canada - in terms of reselling, what can LFC offer international resellers? How many of your resellers are outside the US and Canada?
Robert Sauchyn: Now close to 15% of LFC's resellers are outside of the US and Canada, a continually growing number. Our overseas resellers take advantage of our many support options including live one-on-one technical support chat, low rates, long hours, and MultiPay service.
