This month our team of web developers at ResellerConnection conducted an in depth review of JodoHost and their Reseller plans and services. Let us start the review by saying they passed all of our tests with ease. They are a professional run company headed by a former engineer and it shows in their attention to details and perfection.

We conducted this review pased on 4 primary categories - Features, Infastructure, Customer Service, and Ease of Use. We feel like these 4 qualities are essential to delivering a quality Reseller Hosting plan.
Let's first talk about features. They provide it all for the reseller. They have Microsoft certified professionals and provide everything from Windows, Linux, Cold Fusion, ASP, Oracle, etc.
A lot of Resellers today take the easy way out and just provide Linux multi-domain accounts. They allow Resellers to sell services for both Windows and Linux. They also have true Private Label Reselling, which allows their Resellers to implement a complete Hosting Company without anyone knowing it is just a Reseller plan.
Next there is infastructure. World Class come to mind. They pro-actively added extra servers this month before they were needed. This shows how professional this operation is run. They also implemented hot stand by servers ready at a moments notice if a server dies, and are so confident of their infastructure that they provide a 99.9% uptime SLA guarantee. That is not something that we have come across with other Hosting companies.
With their datacenter and fiber connections they provide extremely fast servers. We were impressed with the response time of websites that were created in the reseller account.
Then we looked at their Cusotmer Service. As much as we were impressed with their infastructure, I think their Customer Service draws slightly higher praise. To start with they have an active Forum board. This shows two things - 1. they have a large and loyal following, and 2. They aren't afraid for their customers to openly express their issues. This is also an excellent place to provide information for their users. Their email responses to questions and issues were very timely. Each was replied to within an hour.
Besides information updates on the Forum boards we recieved 6 emails during the month informing us of different proactive changes and common questions.
They even had the misfortune to have a server crash during our Review period and this turn out to shine a bright spotlight on their excellent customer service and followup attention to detail. Besides keeping all customers informed throughout the situation by their website, forums, and email, they put in place corrective action to prevent the situation from occurring again. They also beefed up other parts of their infastructure pro-actively to handle growth that is coming. There are not many companies in any industry that provide that level of service and follow-up from a crisis.
Finally, we exaimined the Ease of Use of their services. We looked at the signup process, the control panel, and submitting support requests. All 3 were performed very easily and their systems made it a breeze. From signing up for a new account to getting your own Private Label Hosting business going, they made the process very easy to understand and accomplish.
In summary, We give JodoHost a maximum 5 Star Rating! While their custumer service is their best attribute, features, infastructure, and ease of use all rate high marks. They are the best Reseller Hosting Company that we have reviewed.
